Return Policy & Warranty

Product Return Policy
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund (exclusive of shipping costs) within 30 days of the purchase date. All refunds exclude shipping charges and are based on the following product return policy:

The cost of product return shipping is always the responsibility of the buyer. We will never charge you restocking fees.

You must contact us prior to all product returns.

To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.

Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns and pay refunds if the product shows signs of wear and the packaging is not in its original condition.

Warranty and Repairs
Many ALZO brand products include exceptional 5 or 3 year warranties as identified on the Extended Warranty page.

All other ALZO products with the exception of background paper, lenses, light bulbs and batteries are warranted to be as advertised and free of manufacturing or material defects for a period of 12 months after the date of purchase. All customers are required to contact the manufacturer for any warranty service needs on all non-ALZO products.

If an ALZO Digital product is determined to be defective, exclusively by ALZO Digital, then the company will repair or replace the product at the exclusive selection by ALZO Digital.

The cost of product return shipping is always the responsibility of the buyer.

Exception Light Bulbs
All light bulbs sold by ALZO are warranted to be functioning to specifications upon arrival. All CFL bulbs are warranted to operate to specifications for 30 days. As most incandescent bulbs are short lived, these bulbs are only warranted to be functioning to specifications upon arrival.

Exception Batteries
All batteries sold by ALZO Digital are warranted for 90 days.

In no event shall Akces Media be liable for special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including, without limitation, damage to other property caused by the use of or defect in any products sold by Akces Media LLC.

Warranty Service Parts
All product warranty service parts issued to customers are shipped via UPS Ground service or US Postal Service First Class Mail at the sole discretion of Akces Media LLC. If a customer requires express shipping of warranty service parts, the customer will be responsible for shipping cost in excess of UPS ground shipping.

Product Exchanges

Product Return Refunds
All refunds are paid by check sent via US mail within 15 days of receipt of qualified returned goods.
