SHIPPING OPTIONS

Ground Continental USA
This service is only valid for customers located in the continental USA and excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, VI and all other US territories. This option will provide FREE shipping for orders that exceed $100 in value. ALZO will select the carrier and this would be either the US Post Office or UPS. The time in transit could range from 1 to 10 days and we do not offer package tracking with this option.

USPS Priority Canada Hawaii PR VI
Must select UPS when shipping paper
This shipping service is for all customers located in Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, VI and all other US territories. Shipping is with the US Post office Priority Service and typical time in transit could range from 1 to 5 days, depending on the customers relative distance from Connecticut.

This service is NOT offered if you are ordering any of our background papers of muslin backdrops. All background papers and muslins must be shipped with UPS and we offer three UPS options shown below

International shipping with BONGO and the Post Office
Bongo is an excellent choice for international shipping as Bongo offers low rates and consolidation services. Canadian customers can use Bongo and this is cost effective for large kit orders. For Canadian customers ordering small items under 10 pounds the USPS Priority Canada Hawaii PR VI (above) option will be a lower cost option.

UPS Ground
Typical time in transit could range from 1 to 6 days. All states east of the Mississippi River with the exception of Louisiana will have time in transit of 3 business days or less. Weekend days are not counted. Tracking is always provided

UPS 3 Day Select®
Guaranteed 3 day service to any location in the continental USA Weekend days are not counted. Tracking is always provided.

UPS 2nd Day Air®
Guaranteed 2 day service to any location in the continental USA Weekend days are not counted. Tracking is always provided.

UPS Next Day Air®
We can provide this very expensive option (estimate about 2x 2 Day Air cost) but this service requires customers to call in their order at 203-744-7909.
