ALZO VIDEO-LUX
TECHNOLOGY
ALZO VIDEO-LUX light tubes
are designed with reduced green cast typical of fluorescent lighting. This
provides a perfectly balanced 5600K light for mixing with daylight or 3200k
for mixing with Tungsten.
How it works:
All fluorescent light
bulbs contain mercury vapor as the “exciting plasma” that excites the
phosphor coating to produce optical light output. The spectral light output
of mercury vapor is very limited and green. Unlike most fluorescent light
bulbs the ALZO VIDEO-LUX light tubes contain a “filter” technology that
reduces this green spectral "spike". In addition, our technology uses an
ultraviolet filter technology to reduce ultraviolet output as well.
The ALZO VIDEO-LUX
light tubes provide equal to or better performance than OSRAM STUDIOLINE and
KINO FLO “True Match” tubes. ALZO VIDEO-LUX light tubes
are usable “on the set” with traditional Tungsten and DAYLIGHT HID lights.
