The versatile ALZO 800
BALLAST & BULB (B&B) kit that can be used in "lanterns", practical
lighting and many other applications.

NOTE: ALZO HMI HID bulbs
have a 5 minute warm up time and require a 5 minute cool down before
they can be re-powered.
A status light will indicate
when the light is
cooling off for auto restart.

Our
ALZO economy video light
configuration uses the ALZO 800 HMI HID B&B with a low cost HOT light
fixture. The ballast has special rubber straps on the back to facilitate
attachment to a variety of post type structures.
You can use the ALZO 800 B&B to
convert any medium screw base photo light fixture to an HMI HID fixture.
You will get more light with less heat. The distance between the bulb and
ballast must not exceed 25 feet.
